Bianca Edwards is the Owner of Ace Models Durbanville an International Titleholder the current Royal International MS, and the visionary behind the exclusive Elite 15 Mentorship Program. A mother, businesswoman, and woman of faith, she brings a rare balance of grace, discipline, and elevated standards to everything she leads.
The Elite 15 is a private, invitation-only mentorship experience, limited to a maximum of fifteen carefully selected young ladies per intake. Each member is hand chosen based on potential, character, coachability, and commitment to excellence.
Designed as a boutique mentorship program rather than a traditional modeling school, Elite 15 focuses on personal refinement, executive presence, public speaking, leadership development and etiquette. Every element is curated to cultivate confidence, composure, and quiet authority — both on and off the runway.
Under Bianca’s direct guidance, these young women are not simply trained — they are intentionally developed into poised, articulate, and self-assured leaders prepared for national and international platforms.
