Ace Models Westrand covers the geographical areas of Roodepoort and Krugersdorp and has been operational for a few years now. Taking pride in our exceptional curriculum that we use, we also like to call ourselves a “family” that support each other through everything.
Managing Director & Model Coach
Shevon van der Walt
Shevon is a BCom Entrepreneurship graduate who has a passion for business and the modelling industry. With over 10 years in the modelling and dancing industry, her opportunities and growth within these spaces have inspired her to impart her own experiences and knowledge to empower those around her. She has had the opportunity of being a finalist for Opulent Models South Africa, a Top 30 finalist for Miss South Africa 2020/2022 as well as had the honour of being a speaker at the TEDx WALDRIFT 2023 event. She is currently a signed model as well as a director and model coach at Ace Models West Rand. Her modelling and dancing career has formed an important part of the confident and irrepressible woman she is today. She wishes to create a space where young girls and boys can embrace their imperfections and believe in their potential to achieve great things.

Sasha-Lee Taylor
Sasha-Lee Taylor has been involved in the modelling industry for 15 years and has been coaching for 10 years. Sasha was a Top 12 finalist for Miss World South Africa where she also won the Beauty with a Purpose title.
Sasha has her Bachelor of Social Science degree majoring in marketing and psychology. She is proud to have joined the ACE franchise in 2019 believing wholeheartedly that what we offer is more than just modelling but helping young boys and girls reach their full potential.
Sasha is also very passionate about education and youth development leading her to write and publish two children’s educational books and work with organizations such as the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, Child Welfare Tshwane Fund and Breadline Africa. She believes that the modelling industry can help one build the confidence to achieve any dream or goal they have.

Josh Cronwright
Ace Models Westrand have a fantastic team; Josh Cronwright, Shikirah Roth and Sasha-Lee Taylor combine skills from various industries such as Acting, Modeling, Pageantry and even Business skills to offer only the best to our models and students.
Josh Cronwright has a background in modeling, acting and styling and uses his professional skills to teach male models about this industry.

Roan Gonsalves
Roan completed his BCOM and postgraduate studies in Business Management and Sciences at NWU Pukke Potchefstroom.
He currently works at a financial institution as a Financial Analyst.
Roan has been part of the modeling industry since 2014 and has earned several prestigious titles over the years.

Please note: this pageant-only class only happens on a Monday and should you want to take this class as well as one of the compulsory classes on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday it is at an additional fee of R60 per month.
