Alexis Smith
Alexis Smith is a passion-driven leader whose journey with Ace Models both began and continues today. Having been part of Ace Models for nearly a decade, Alexis started as a model, grew into a coach, and now proudly serves as a director. This full-circle journey has provided invaluable, hands-on knowledge of the industry, which Alexis is deeply committed to transferring to the next generation of models.

With a strong love for creating meaningful experiences, Alexis is known for bringing events to life—moments that leave lasting memories for all involved. This passion led to a diploma in Event Management and the successful hosting of several high-impact events. Driven by growth, mentorship, and purpose, Alexis continues to shape confident individuals and unforgettable experiences through Ace Models.
About us - Where Passion meets Purpose
Our coaching and training programs guide models from start to finish, covering different runway walking styles, beauty and pageant training, and ongoing personal support. With over a decade of industry experience, we transfer our knowledge directly to our models, using proven techniques to train, mentor, and continually develop them. We are with our models every step of the way, ensuring they grow with confidence, skill, and professionalism.
Models are prepared for quarterly shows where they can showcase their progress, celebrate their growth, and enjoy their star moment in front of parents and supporters. We also offer quarterly photoshoots to help models build their portfolios and gain real-life industry experience. Each model is challenged to grow, improve, and step confidently into their potential—this is where passion meets purpose.
We offer workshops that equip models with knowledge across every aspect of the industry. Our academy is a space to learn, grow, and improve—not just as a model, but as an individual. We offer unwavering support and guidance, no matter the journey.
Our Coaching
With over 10 years of industry experience, Ace Models Kouga offers comprehensive training designed to develop confident, well-rounded models. Our programs include ramp techniques, photographic posing, beauty pageant coaching, casting and audition preparation, fashion shows and professional portfolio photoshoots.
Models also gain valuable exposure through workshops, industry events, and agency opportunities. Beyond the runway, we focus on public speaking, confidence and etiquette, personal branding and identity styling, as well as social skills and self-presentation. Every element of our training is rooted in a decade of knowledge, intentionally passed on to empower and elevate each model.
