Daphne Voigts
Daphne Voigts is a Sales and Marketing Manager by day and a passionate modeling coach by night. She is a proud wife and mother of two, balancing family, career, and her love for developing young talent.
Daphne’s journey in the modeling industry started at the age of five, where she discovered her love for the glitz and glamour of the runway and stage. That early passion grew into a lifelong commitment to the industry and to empowering others through modeling and confidence development.
In 2014, she turned her dream into reality by founding ACE Models Namibia. In the same year, she was awarded Rookie of the Year, followed by Franchise of the Year in 2017. She also received Director of the Year awards in 2017 and again in 2023. Under her leadership, her team earned Best Spirit for four consecutive years (2014–2017).

More than 12 years later, Daphne remains deeply passionate about what she does and the impact she makes in the lives of her models.
Daphne Voigts is a Sales Manager by day, Modeling teacher by night. Proud mom of two and wife. She did modeling herself as from the age of 5 and simply love the glitz & glam.
ACE Models started out as a dream which came true in 2014. In 2014, Daphné won Rookie of the year as well as Franchise of the year, in 2017, she won Director of the year and the team won Best Spirit for 4 consecutive years (2014 – 2017). This year ACE Models Namibia is celebrating 10 years and plan to go big all year long.

Success Stories
Several successful industry professionals have emerged through the guidance and training of Daphne Voigts and ACE Models Namibia.
Lizaan Momberg was scouted in 2016 by FanJam and relocated to South Korea, where she lived and built her career, later owning her own advertising agency until the end of 2025. Walking at Milan Fashion Week placed her firmly on the international map, after which global opportunities followed. She has since stepped away from runway life to focus on motherhood.
Anya Cloete was scouted by Elsubie Verlinden in 2018 and was awarded a scholarship to the New York Film Academy, where she successfully completed a one-year course in drama and modeling.
Namibia’s national titleholder Lizelle Esterhuizen, 2016 Miss Namibia, also comes from ACE Models Namibia.
Clarisse Muller achieved 1st Runner-Up in 2018 at Miss Teen Namibia.
In male pageantry, Jean-Louis Knouwds became Namibia’s first titleholder at Mr Supranational Namibia in 2022.
More recently, Chantel Boeren dominated the national stage when she was crowned Miss Teen Namibia 2025.
Johannes Salom won Top Model at Mr Tourism Africa in 2025.
In 2024, Quintina Tjizumaue earned the title at Miss NGO Namibia and went on to represent Namibia internationally.
Expanding global opportunities further, ICE Models signed two Namibian models in 2025 — Jane Marais and Kelly-ann Basson — both of whom gained valuable international experience working in Cape Town.
